4/19/2012 - The Belleview Biltmore, which was the course we played and it was a pleasure to play. Posted by William (St. John'S, NL CANADA) 4/13/2012 - The course is wonderful,a throw back w/D Ross. Not your typical Fl offering. We have a few up here in upstate NY and it was great to play. Watch 17!! And the greens are slick... Make time for the clubhouse afterwards as the locals will welcome you as one of their own for a round recap and a few cool ones. Its a totally great experience. Will definitely 'play it again, Sam.' I just handed the voucher to the person behind the desk and away I went. Belleview Biltmore GC is a very well kept, interesting layout. I played with two members who were great playing partners. This course, previously known as the Belleview Mido Country Club, was renamed in 1997. This resort has underwent several changes to the clubhouse, which will provide a better golf experience for all guests. The new Belleview Biltmore is also undergoing many changes, with the new owners implementing their philosophy of returning the resort to the position of a real centerpiece for the community. This course's terrain is typically flat, but there are some lengthy par 4's that must be conquered. The greens are also typically flat, but they are fast and require a good touch. Furthermore, the fairways are narrow, and water hazards come into play frequently throughout the course. |
