If you have not filled a shopping cart, you have two choices.

First, you can complete the forms on the next pages and submit it to Play Tampa Bay. You will receive by email a confirmation within 24 hours.

Second, you can always call us during business hours at 1-800-89-TAMPA and a friendly Play Tampa Bay reservationist will be happy to reserve your tee times.

Please note that Play Tampa Bay requires a $25.00 per person deposit upon booking. This deposit is completely refundable if your golf courses are not available. Please do not assume that your tee times are available until you have received a confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged two weeks prior to play.
