To download the rate sheet, simple click on the desired link. You will be asked where you would like to save the file to. You can choose any destination on your hard drive, or you can save it to your desktop and delete it after printing.

In order to open the file, you must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have that program, you may download it free of charge directly from Adobe by clicking the link below and following the instructions you find there.

The Adobe site also has a customer service section should you have any troubles downloading and installing the software.
