The pre-planning on the website was easy with lots of information available on the golf scene in Orlando, Florida. The submissions and quotes were quick and informative. The booking process was painless and the information came to me with no troubles. Everything I needed was printable and communication continued right up to the time I left. The package documents were well received at the courses and place of stay with no issues. The whole experience was more than fantastic. I will be recommending Tee Times USA to everyone I know. Would like to make a special thanks to, Mr. Kevin Smith. His service was exceptional. He accommodated all my needs and recommended better choices, leading to a more exceptional experience. You were very helpful in course selection and setting up my tee times. All I had to worry about, was getting to Florida. This was my fist golf trip, I have ever taken and you certainly made it worth while. I will certainly use you in the future and recommend you, to my friends. | 11/14/2011 - Just wanted to comment on our recent golf trip to Tampa. Your service was GREAT! Your staff were most helpful (it was our first trip to the Tamp area).
I will certainly contact you for future FL golf trips. The Springhill Suites was super; accomodations were more than adequate for us. We played Fox Hollow, World Woods Rollings Oaks,and World Woods Pine Barrens. World Woods Rolling Oaks was in OK condition; maybe 4 stars. Pine Barrens was in great shape and a far better layout than Rolling Oaks... a true 4 1/2 star course. Thanks again for all your help!

| 11/14/2011 - We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to the Innisbrook resort near Tampa. The accommodations were of the older design but they were wll equipped and very clean. The shuttle transport system was excellent for getting around the resort. The resort staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My experience with Joe and Shannon from Tee Times staff was excellent. They were very responsive to my questions and followed up on my requests. The only excption we had was the scorecards for our matches. Shsnnon did a lot of follow up with the golf shop to get them to provide us with prepared scorecards for our daily matches. We sent them our handicaps and daily matches. However, the scorecards were done completely wrong so we were not able to use them. In summary, our group has been taking an annual golf trip for over 20 years. Although it is difficult to get a 100% agreement of opinions from a group of eight 60 year olds, this was clearly one of our best trips. We have been to Doral, PGA National and Hilton Head and this trip is right at the top of everybody's list. Thanks again for a great trip and keep up the excellent customer service.

| 11/11/2011 - Thanks for arranging the small golf package we put together. Both lodgings were very good, especially for the price. The Lake Jullington Course was disappointing. If I had known it was less than 'average' I would have upgraded. There was so little play on this course that we got off the first tee half an hour before our tee time and then breezed around the 18 holes in about 3 hours. Love to play fast, but would have preferred a better venue. We played the Oak Marsh course at Amelia Island Plantation. The fairways were pristine, and the roughs were well maintained. I will certainly use Tee Times USA again. The agent who worked with me was very polite and efficient. Prior to this trip we played Eagle Creek. Glad to see it is one of the courses on your Orlando Golf Packages. It is an awesome course; groundskeeper has it in pristine condition. Aditionally, the grasses, shrubs and flowers that dot the entire landscape make it a delight for the senses. Don't know if you have Bella Colina on your list, this is also a magnificent course and clubhouse.

| 11/11/2011 - Let me start by thanking you for your patience, and understanding, in helping me plan my golf trip to the Orlando area. Your staff was exceptional and helpful with all the details and recommendations they provided! The entire experience from planning, hotel details, golf courses you suggested was great! We really enjoyed the Quality Suites Royale Parc Hotel. The accommodation's were great. The Hotel staff were friendly and made our visit there exceptional. The 'Managers Reception' each evening was a real bonus! Breakfasts were good but very busy. The golf courses, you recommended, were good and we enjoyed playing all of them. We did have one day, Royal St. Cloud, that started out with a light rain bu,t by the fourth hole, it started with very heavy rain that caused us to quit, that day, after 7 holes. We still enjoyed the few holes we were able to play and maybe, in the future, we can play this course again. Please thank Jennifer Fuller for her exceptional help on this golf vacation and tell her that I will definitely be contacting her, in the future, to assist me in putting together another trip. I will certainly recommend her, and Tee Times USA, to any friends looking to plan a trip to the Florida area. Thanks Again!

| 11/7/2011 - Just a note to follow up on the golf trip to Orlando that you and your team organised. All went very well! The accommodations were better than we expected, and the golf was about what we expected. What we did not expect was the service that we received, both from TeeTimes, as well as from Hapimag. When my name showed up at the bar at the golf course, telling me to call TeeTimes, I was a bit surprised. The same notice was at my condo at Hapimag, and on my cell phone. When the message got through, and the options provided, my group was also pleasantly surprised.We had been going to Myrtle Beach for 25 years, and not once had the option to change courses mid-stream been offered. When StonyBrook notified your office that they had recently over-seeded the greens & fairways, and that it would be cart-paths only, we were disappointed. When the option to go back to Royal St. Cloud was approved, we were delighted. The accommodations at Hapimag were very nice, clean, friendly, a neat lake/beach, hot tubs, pools, etc. Nicely done.
There were a couple of minor maintenance issues @ Hapimag, and those were quickly cleared up after a phone call. Also, great service. Under promised, over produced! Dick
