Celebration Golf Club

9/25/2010 - Course was very welcoming from the pro shop through the buggy man to the starter. Course itself was amazing and in very good condition. Weather was "cooking" and the complimentary ice cool towel given during the round was greatly appreciated. Greens were very undulating making my 76 gross feel all the more satisfying. Deer Creek

9/17/2010 - On Monday Sept. 13, 2010, I enjoyed a nice day at Deer Creek in Jacksonville. This course has all the advantages of a private club and is available to the public on a limited basis. It is a well-designed course with lots of hazards. Marshes get in the way on 5 holes and cause you to decide whether to lie up or go for it. Fairways are generous on some holes and blocked by trees on a few with doglegs. Greens are fairly large and putt true. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone playing in the Jacksonville area. Posted by Harry

Mystic Dunes Golf Course

9/27/2010 - Of the 4 courses we played, this course and its staff was by far the best of the bunch. Fairways were plush and immaculate. Greens were well manicured, lightning fast with no straight putts to be had. The staff was great. They met us as we arrived, assigned our carts to us, filled carts with ice and wet towels and had free range balls before the round started. Highly recommend this course.
